Bacon & Pea Creamy Pasta

This is one of the easiest dinners I have made ever! It’s delicious and it’s quick and simple.

You will only need:

bacon bits (I use these cause cutting bacon is sooo much effort)
half a cup of white wine
pasta (I used green tagliatelle)
rosemary, basil, oregano and salt & pepper

Fry your bacon (no oil) with the rosemary till it is almost crispy. Add your peas to the pan and the white wine. Let it reduce and then add your cream… the herbs and let it simmer for a while.
(I added a little bit of dissolved maizena to thicken it a bit)

Cook your pasta and serve with parmesan!
