Chocolate brownies disguised as phyllo parcels…
On friday I attempted using my left over phyllo pastry to make chocolate phyllo parcels.
I added an egg at the last minute because I was worried about my batter melting too much… but that just made them bake like brownies. IF you just leave that silly move out then yours will be as delicious as they should be and probably score at least a nice 8 out of ten.
Mine still tasted amazing, just the wrong texture for what they were meant to be.
