Chocolate cheesecake swirl
There is not a lot I love more than cheesecake. Except chocolate cheesecake.
What you will need:
400gr cream cheese
1 cup castor sugar
1 tbs vanilla
tbs lemon juice
2 tbs sour cream
2 tbs heavy cream
pinch of salt
1/2 cup cocoa
for the base…
1/2 pack tennis biscuits
4 tbs flour
1/2 cup dry oats
1.5 cups melted butter
(Usually 1 pack tennis biscuits works but apparently someone ate half of mine so I had to make another plan, hence the oats, which actually turned out pretty yum – totally took off the sweet edge)
*Preheat the oven to 180*
Blend your biscuits till they are crumbed. Mix in the oats & flour and then add the melted butter.
Press down into your tart pan/tray and put aside.
Soften your cream cheese & mix till smooth & creamy. Add the sugar, vanilla, creams, lemon juice and salt.
Whisk your eggs separately and then add them in.
Now separate your mixture into 2 equal parts. To the one part add the cocoa and mix well.
Pour the chocolate mix into the pan and then the vanilla and swirl them around till you are happy with the way it looks!
Bake for 45 minutes (depending on your oven)
Cool & eat.
